TMG using a thermal camera during a moisture inspection

A stain identifies a symptom—not always the source.

Water can travel along framing, plumbing, flooring or ductwork before it becomes visible. TMG combines visual inspection, moisture readings and thermal-imaging screening to develop a defensible picture of the affected area.

What the evaluation may include

  • Moisture-meter readings
  • Thermal pattern screening
  • Plumbing-fixture review
  • Roof and wall pathway review
  • Humidity measurements
  • Targeted inspection openings

What these tools cannot do by themselves

A thermal camera does not see water, and a meter reading must be interpreted in context. Some plumbing leaks require a licensed plumber, pressure testing or specialized underground equipment. TMG explains when the evidence is sufficient and when another trade is needed.

From detection to mitigation

If the investigation confirms affected materials, TMG can move directly into water mitigation, controlled removal and structural drying when authorized.

Need a broader property evaluation?

Our mold and moisture inspection service also reviews humidity, visible conditions, HVAC pathways and other building clues that may be contributing to the concern.
