Real projects. Real documentation.
These are TMG job photographs—not stock images. They show how we locate moisture, protect the work area and establish drying conditions.
03 — Our process
Measured, selective and documented.
Fast action matters, but speed without judgment can create more damage. TMG bases decisions on the source, water category, affected materials and measurable conditions.
Assess the loss
We listen, inspect accessible areas and identify immediate safety or moisture concerns.
Map the damage
Professional meters and thermal imaging help track where moisture may have traveled.
Control and dry
We isolate affected areas, remove what is necessary and establish targeted drying.
Verify and document
Conditions are monitored and recorded so completion is based on evidence.
The TMG difference
Direct owner involvement.
Clear accountability.
Work directly with an owner-operated mitigation company from the initial inspection through completion. TMG brings hands-on oversight, clear explanations and a scope based on your property’s measured conditions.

Common questions
Straight answers before work begins.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. TMG can provide estimates, photographs, moisture readings and mitigation documentation. Your insurer makes the coverage decision.
Does every wet wall need to be removed?
No. The water category, time, material type and drying access all matter. TMG evaluates what may be dried safely and what requires removal.
Do you provide complimentary evaluations?
TMG offers an initial no-fee evaluation for many local property-damage concerns. More involved diagnostic work or written reporting may require a quoted inspection fee, which is explained before work begins.
